REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our User, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the returns and refund requests, shall be following the clauses as set forth:

 

1. RETURN REQUESTS

  1. The website does not consider any return requests for the Product unless the Product is delivered in a damaged condition or the shipped product is wrong. 
  2. The return will be accepted only if the request for the same is made within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product. Once the product has been shipped and after the verification is done, the Company shall initiate the refund process. 

2. REFUND REQUESTS

  1. If the delivered product is found to be defective or damaged, the Company shall replace the same with no extra cost. However, the Company shall not refund the money paid for the Product purchased.

You shall make all Return requests by contacting the technical team support available on the Platform, which will be the official mode of communication with our Platform and the Company. The Company shall waive all other means of communication made. 

3. CANCELLATION

The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any Service(s):

  1. If it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
  2. If it suspects a User has undertaken a transaction which is not following the Terms of Service, or
  3. In case of unavailability of a service, or
  4. For any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
  5. If the Company does not want to do business with the User

Further, while all measures are taken to ensure the accuracy of service specifications and pricing, the details of the product as reflected on the platform may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect service information provided to the Company and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as the such error comes to the notice of the Company.

The Company maintains a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying Users and reserves the right to deny access to such Users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in the future.

4. EXCHANGES

The Website under any circumstances does not consider any exchange requests made by the Customer.
